Hot off the press in 2009 is my latest CD! I call it the Family Album because there's a track each for (most of) the members of my family.
You’ve waited a long time for me to write some new tunes. Twenty three years to be precise!
Late 2008 I was inspired by my jams with Andy and Phil to buy an all singing, all dancing foot pedal. Finally, someone’s invented the device I’d always wanted - a synthesiser for guitar. You can get practically any sound you want out of it.
It also came with some recording software so I explored the possibilities. Wow, things have changed. It was all analogue in my day. Now you’ve got the power of a multi-track digital recording studio on your PC!
All the parts (except drum loops) are played by yours truly, mostly in one take. Phil plays Bass and Andy plays harp on 'Bobbydog Boogie'
